UNIPORT has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution.
According to the admission notice released by the university, candidates who selected UNIPORT as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 160 are eligible to apply for the screening exercise.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2026 UNIPORT Post-UTME screening exercise, candidates must:
- Choose the University of Port Harcourt as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain a minimum UTME score of 160.
- Be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026.
Candidates who initially selected the university as second choice can also apply after changing to UNIPORT as their first-choice institution through JAMB.
