Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) is pleased to announce that the 2025/2026 admission screening exercise is now ongoing, effective from Wednesday, 23rd July 2025. This post-UTME and Direct Entry screening process is designed to facilitate seamless admission for prospective students into the 2025/2026 academic session.
Eligibility for the Screening Exercise:
- Candidates who selected Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) as their institution of first choice in the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 160 and above.
- Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of first choice.
- Candidates willing to change their institution of first choice to AAUA, provided they meet the required UTME score of 160 and above, are also eligible.
Candidates are advised to effect any necessary change of institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA before the close of registration for the screening exercise.
Registration Details:
All eligible candidates are required to register for the screening exercise, which will remain open until 4:00 PM on September 30, 2025. Registration can be completed online at https://putme.aaua.edu.ng. The process requires a payment of:
- ₦2,000 for POST-UTME Registration and ₦3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE (total ₦5,000) for UTME candidates.
- ₦3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE only via E-tranzact for Direct Entry candidates.
Payment should be made online via the University Screening Portal. Successful candidates are to fill their bio-data with valid details and print out a bio-data slip.
Guidelines for Online Registration:
i. Create an account with a valid JAMB registration number and E-mail address.
ii. Confirm your E-mail address by clicking on the link sent to your E-mail (check spam box, if needed).
iii. Log in and make a payment of ₦5,000 (₦2,000 for POST-UTME Registration and ₦3,000 for PORTAL ACCESS FEE) or ₦3,000 for Direct Entry candidates.
iv. After successful payment, candidates are to fill their bio-data with valid details.
v. Print out the bio-data slip.
General Instructions:
i. Candidates are advised to correctly upload all their O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in case of O’Level requirements.
ii. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O’Level results.
iii. AAUA accepts 1st Degree (Second Class Lower Division), ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), JUPEB (6 Points), and NCE (8 Points) for Direct Entry candidates.
