Delta State University Announces 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening
Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU), has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. According to an official bulletin from the university, candidates who selected DELSU as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible to apply.Application Timeline
- Start Date: Thursday, 24th July, 2025
- Deadline: Friday, 22nd August, 2025 (by 12:00 midnight)
Candidates are strongly advised to begin their application early to avoid last-minute rush and technical issues.
How to Apply
- Visit https://studentportal.delsu.edu.ng
- Click on “POST UTME 2025/2026” to open the purchase form page
- Click on “Start Form”
- Complete the JAMB Registration section and login to proceed
- Make the required payment
- Fill in O’level results, guardian information, and upload a recent passport photo
- Print your completed form for reference
Important Notes
- Candidates who did not initially choose DELSU but scored the required cut-off mark can still apply after changing their institution of first choice to DELSU via the JAMB portal before the application deadline.
- Direct Entry applicants must possess NCE, OND, HND, First Degree, or A’ Level qualifications in relevant subjects.
- All candidates must ensure their O’ Level and JAMB results are correctly uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal.
- Awaiting result candidates must upload results immediately upon release to remain eligible.
