- Medicine & Surgery tops the chart with the highest merit score of 290, followed by Nursing/Nursing Science (240) and Medical Laboratory Science (220).
- Other health-related and science courses like Radiography, Physiotherapy, and Nutrition & Dietetics require merit scores between 220 – 240.
- Engineering courses such as Mechanical, Civil, and Software Engineering maintain high merit thresholds of 180 – 220.
- Mass Communication and Computer Science also remain competitive with merit cut-offs of 180.
Meanwhile, many education, social sciences, and religious studies programmes like Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Islamic Studies, and Education-related courses have general entry points starting at 150 across all categories.
- Education-related courses, Languages, Humanities, and Social Sciences such as Guidance & Counselling, History, Islamic Studies, Library Science, and Linguistics maintain the general minimum of 150 across all categories.
