📢 FUMMSA Extends Online Screening, Announces Physical Screening Dates
The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences Abeokuta (FUMMSA), located in Ogun State, Nigeria, has officially commenced its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. This marks a significant milestone for prospective students aiming to pursue careers in medicine, health sciences, and allied fields.
🎓 Admission Guidelines
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- UTME Participation: Must have sat for the 2025 UTME.
- Change of Institution: Must process a change of institution to FUMMSA via the JAMB portal.
- Minimum UTME Score: A JAMB score of 200 or above is required. Scores below 200 will not be considered.
- SSCE Requirements for Professional Programs (5A–5E): Candidates applying to the programs below must have five SSCE credits in one sitting, as outlined in the JAMB brochure:

- Dentistry (BDS)
- Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy)
- Nursing Sciences (B.NSc)
- Physiotherapy (Doctor of Physiotherapy)

The registration deadline has been extended. Originally scheduled to close on Friday, 29th August 2025, the portal will now remain open until Sunday, 31st August 2025.

🏫 Physical Screening
- Date: Tuesday, 2nd September – Friday, 5th September 2025
- Venue: Wole Soyinka Library, FUNAAB Campus, Alabata, Abeokuta
- Time: 9:00 AM daily
- Note: Only successful candidates are expected to attend.
✅ Admission Confirmation
- Final admission lists will be uploaded to the JAMB portal.
- Admission letters will be issued directly by JAMB.
📅 Resumption Date
Monday, 8th September 2025 — All admitted students must resume for registration.
