TARABA STATE UNIVERSITY (TASU) BEGINS 2025/2026 ONLINE SCREENING FOR UTME & DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
Taraba State University, Jalingo (TASU), has officially announced the commencement of its online post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.According to the university’s registrar, the screening will run from 1st August to 15th September 2025, and it applies only to candidates who selected TASU as their first choice institution.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply:- Visit the official TASU screening portal:
https://apply.tsuniversity.edu.ng/register.php - Create an account.
- Complete the online form and upload all required documents.
- Proceed to make payment using your MasterCard, Visa, or Verve card.
- Print your payment receipt and acknowledgement slip after submission.
Eligibility Criteria
- For UTME Candidates:
- Must have chosen Taraba State University, Jalingo as first choice.
- Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
- Must possess at least five (5) relevant O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Must have a Lower Credit minimum in NCE, ND, or equivalent qualification.
- Must also present five (5) O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Important Notice
- Only candidates who complete the screening will be considered for admission.
- False or misleading declarations can lead to disqualification at any stage.
