The David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences (DUFUHS), Uburu, Ebonyi State, has officially commenced the sale of admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. This announcement, signed by Vitalis Offor, the University Registrar, invites eligible candidates to apply for various undergraduate programmes as the institution prepares for the upcoming academic year.

Eligibility and Qualification for Admissions
To qualify for admission into any of the programmes, candidates must meet the following criteria:- Select DUFUHS as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB and score a minimum of 150 and above.
- Possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent examinations, within not more than two sittings.
- Candidates who did not choose DUFUHS as their first choice but scored 150 and above in JAMB can change their institution via the JAMB Portal before applying.
- Candidates who did not write JAMB but wish to study at DUFUHS can apply for the Interim Joint Matriculations Board (IJMB) programme. This one-year programme allows direct admission into 200 Level without JAMB.
Registration and Payment Process
The sale of admission forms will close at 4:00 PM on Thursday, 30th August 2025. Candidates are urged to complete their applications before the deadline. The application process is outlined as follows:How to Pay for Undergraduate Programme Admission
- Step 1 – Purchase the Form:
- First Method – Online Purchase: Visit www.dufuhs.edu.ng or www.kdums.edu.ng, click on the Admission Menu, select Online Application, and click “Buy Undergraduate Admission Form Online”.
- Second Method – Electronic PIN: Visit any bank branch nationwide, request payment for the DUFUHS Undergraduate Application Form 2025/2026 on the REMITA Platform, pay ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only), and obtain a payment slip with a unique PIN. Use this PIN to log in for the Degree/IJMB/Inter-university transfer form application.
- Step 2 – Online Application:
- Log on to www.dufuhs.edu.ng or www.kdums.edu.ng, select “Online Application Undergraduate” from the Admissions menu tab.
- Enter your phone number and e-PIN in the provided fields, then click Login.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the form.
- Step 3 – Submission:
- Print the form after submission for your records.
